Returns
We accept returns for damaged products only. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To start the return process, please email us at inscapestoreindia@gmail.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged product
- A brief description of the damage
Once we receive your email, our customer support team will review your request and provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the return. Please note that all returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.
Upon approval, we will create a reverse pickup with our courier partner and will be picked up from the place it was delivered. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged and include all original packaging and accessories. Once we receive the damaged product, we will inspect it and process your refund or replacement.
Refunds
